Do you do card/gift wrapping and can you send the item/s directly to the gift recipient?
Not at the moment, but perhaps in the near future if there is more interest expressed in this area.
What are the costs and timing for postage and handling?
Postage and handling is free anywhere within Australia. Anywhere else in the world, a $15 flat fee for delivery applies.
If your item is in stock, it should be sent out within 24 hours. If not in stock, within the next 1 to 3 working days (not including the weekend). Unregistered, standard postage will be used, and I am not responsible for delays or loss of items in transit. Your item should reach you within 7 days. It is your responsibility to check that your delivery address is correct.
I’m not happy with my product. Do you provide exchange or refund?
I’m sorry to hear that! An exchange or refund is only available if the product was faulty when you received it, and not available for a change of mind. All items are described as best as possible in terms of colour, texture and size dimensions. You are also responsible for the associated postage costs with sending the item back.

I want to purchase a quantity of greater than 5 of one item. How long will this take to make and deliver?
It depends, however for larger order quantities, please allow up to 10 business days for make and delivery. Send an email to email@example.com to discuss beforehand. It's nice to have a heads up!
It looks like something is wrong with my item, but I can’t tell.
All items on the website are handcrafted by myself, with each being a one of a kind piece that is somehow unique due to the processes I use.
Another thing to consider is damages incurred during delivery. However, I try to mitigate this where possible by packaging the item securely.
If you’re still unsure, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a close-up photo of the issue. If it’s truly a fault or there is obviously a component missing, we can discuss an exchange or refund.
What materials do you use to make the pieces?
A variety of resources such as epoxy, pigments and minerals are purchased locally. Some components, like (metal and acrylic) connectors, findings and chains, are made overseas, but the majority of the resources are purchased here.
